Shipping:
Shipping times are to be used as an estimate only, we are not to be held responsible for delayed shipping.
Please contact us for express shipping options, orders placed though the website will be filled in the order they are received unless prior arrangements have been made.
Orders will be shipped using the shipping carrier you have selected during check out. We reserve the right to substitute a shipping method in case the requested shipping method is not available for your address or if the item is to heavy / large.
Shipping rates are retrieved directly from the shipping carriers using our warehouse address and your delivery address. We reserve the right to put an order on hold in case you have entered an incorrect address or if the system is unavailable to retrieve proper rates and charge the difference by notifying you of the additional charge. In the event you do not want to accept the additional charges, we will cancel the order.
Return Policy:
Returns must be authorized by DirtBound Offroad within 30 days from order date, returns not authorized will be refused. Shipping is non refundable, return shipping is customer responsibility. You will be charged for missing, broken, or modified parts and hardware, so please make sure you return everything back with your order.
Bumpers and Custom Fabricated orders are not returnable. We advise test fitting all bumpers before paint, in the rare case of a fitment issue please contact us.
Forum Discount Codes:
Forum discount codes only valid on DirtBound Brand Products, DirtBound Offroad reserves the right to cancel orders placed for non DirtBound Offroad items when forum codes are used. This policy is in place because our everyday pricing already is discounted.
Order Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made before the order has shipped, If order has shipped standard return policy applies. All orders that have reached shipping and receiving will be considered shipped.
Bumpers & Custom Orders:
We allow cancellation within 72 hours of placing the order. After that period, we cannot cancel/refund an order for any reason.
To cover the cost of development, and parts, down payments for custom work are non-refundable.

The modification of any motor vehicle should be done by qualified people only, because vehicle safety and performance can be affected.
DirtBound Offroad products have not been approved by any governmental agency for use on public roads.
DirtBound Offroad makes no representation or warranty that DirtBound Offroad products will protect the user from injury or death and the user expressly assumes any and all such risk. The effectiveness, warranty and longevity of DirtBound Offroad products are directly related to the manner in which they are installed, used and/or maintained.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DirtBound Offroad, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating in any way to your use of this website or purchasing of DirtBound Offroad products.
You purchase DirtBound Offroad products at your own risk. In no event shall DirtBound Offroad’s liability ever exceed the purchase price of any part sold. DirtBound Offroad shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, nor for inconvenience or loss of use, including the cost of a rental car, storage charges, towing charges, telephone calls, legal fees and costs, labor costs and any additional parts required to remove and replace the defective or worn-out part.
