Services

Dirtbound now offers low cost solutions for one-offs and low quantity production runs.

DirtBound Offroad has, over the past few years, invested thousands of dollars on the latest in manufacturing equipment. With our state-of-the art in-house equipment, we are able to keep our own product prices low and ensure tight quality control during the manufacturing process.

We are now offering our services to our customers for the design, cutting and/or welding of their custom products and one-off parts.

Here are some of the services we offer:

CAD Design

DirtBound employees are trained in Alibre Design, the most advanced method for desiging 2D and 3D parts. We are able to keep your costs at a minimum by first desiging your idea using Computer Assisted Design (CAD). Amongst other benefits, this allows you easily visualize the finished product in 3D on the computer screen before moving your idea to production. “Proofing” is made easy and efficient.

CNC Plasma Cutting

We own and operate our own CNC (Computer Numeric Control) Plasma table, with a 4′ x 6′ capacity. We can cut up to 1/2″ steel or aluminum plate.

CNC Routing

With our CNC table we can also route soft materials such as acrylic, wood, foam and some aluminums for 3D cutting. This can be used to make such things as signs or other more intricate cutting projects.

Welding MIG & TIG

We use Miller & Lincoln Electric welders and are able to weld a wide variety of metals using ether MIG or TIG welding techniques.

Tired of the stock mechanical fan or worried about losing your radiator from the fan digging into it. Our electric fan conversion replaces the stock mechanical and electrical fan with three 10″ electric fans, with an average CFM of 4,336 CFM.
